I received money from a friend through Facebook and I decided to withdraw it through Paypal on Aug 9th and its been pending ever since. It's currently Aug 31st so it's been over 21 days since I received the payment. Usually when I get payments through paypal its quick and easy but for some reason this payment is taking a long time. I've already accepted the payment on the paypal app but when I go on the actual website I still have an option to deny the payment. If I deny the payment will I lose the money or will the money get refunded to the person who sent it? I'm extremely annoyed because I needed the money weeks ago and at this point I'd rather just deny the payment and get the money from the person who sent in a different way
