My friend has a charity donation thing set up on her Facebook except when you click on it it automatically adds £50 donation. In trying to change the amount I accidentally donated £50. I contacted her and she was just dismissive. I've emailed facebook and asked for a £40 refund. I hope I've done it right and filled it in, as the resolution centre shows my request with £40, I'm unsure if this means £40 donation or £40 refund, im in a panic. what are the chances of me getting this money back?
