Facebook can't process PayPal Payments

FACEBOOK CAN'T PROCESS MY PAYPAL !!! WHY ? HOW CAN I FIX THIS?

Hi! It's been a full week or so that my Facebook ads account is not letting me process payment via my PayPal account which they did with much ease all trough the past year. There for, I can't use their services anymore. WHY??? HOW CAN I FIX THIS? I'm about to lose a very important client.

I contacted Facebook and they ask me to ask PayPal. PayPal line keeps cutting off. My own bank tell's me their is no problem with my bank account.
What to do? Please help.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Yes I have. Every time, they check my message with a ''case closed'' icon and say: Contact PayPal.
I am very concerned with all this.

I have been using this method for a long time. No issues prior to this one.
Account is verified.
Bank account is all good.
I respect community guidelines.

What else is there to do? Start a new account? Start from scratch?

Thanks. I just did like you mentioned. But the robot in the chat couldn't help me. It keeps sending me back to the help center where I reach a dead end.
