I paid $900 via Facebook Pay and the guy says he never accepted the money via PayPal says there’s a 30 day policy for the money to be refunded back to me if it wasn’t accepted. I don’t know if I can believe that or not but I contacted FB and couldn’t help me for anything after transaction is complete while they told me it will only take 7-10 working business days for the money to get back to my account once not accepted. But never received any.. the guy explained that it’s a joint account between him and Ex whom he never talk with so the money shall be funded back within 30 days if it wasn’t accepted... I read PayPal policy but I’m not sure if it applies to me since I did not use PayPal from this transaction.. is there a way to track weather the guy is telling me the truth since he blocked me on FB.
