My grandmother sent me money through Facebook Messenger which was linked to my PayPal account.. It says that the payment was received but, it's pending.. So what does that even mean?? Why would they just hold my payment or why would it be pending?? It's been like a week.. I have tried every thing and I even emailed administration to find out what's the problem but I'm not getting any help.. what do I do??
