Extra charges

I’ve only just noticed that with my last 3 ebay purchases, PayPal has charged me an extra amount with no explanation as to why? Anyone know why?

It could be sales tax. There was an internet law passed not long ago that if a state has a sales tax, ebay sellers have to charge the buyer sales tax.
