Extra charge

Hello, On 28th of November I made an order from the website Zumiez, which I paid with my PayPal account. The full amount of money was 129$ (122€). I received the Paypal receipt for that payment, but I see from my web-bank account an extra amount of 122€ has been charged. I have not received any information for that extra charging. Could you please inform me about this problem? Thank you. Tzavaras <removed>

Not sure how we can know the answer to that one.

Check with the seller if they have been paid x2 and if so request a refund OR contact customer services or your bank?

I was charged $36 extra for an item that was supposed to be a certain agreed-upon price. Te invoice seemed to indicate that the seller charged the extra $ himself rather than it being some type of PayPal surcharge. I just want to be sure that the seller charged the agreed-upon price for the item itself, and the additional charges were out of his purview. Any answers? Thanks.
