Expired credit cards in a recurring payment.

Hi,

I´d like to get a list of all buyers which credit card is close to expire to notify them an avoid to cancel its recurring payment subscription.

1. Is there an REST API endpoint can I call to get credit card expiration date info?
2. Has anyone faced similar issue?

Any help would be appreciate.
