I got a payment from a app and they came in euros it said I was going to get an email to accept the payment I never did or at least I never seen one anywhere and now the Euros are just sitting there I got an email saying I need to accept it or it will go back by the 22nd it says that I opted to manually accept these payments although I never remember doing that how do I opt to automatically accept these payments and how do I accept the payments I already have
