Anywhere! I just need an answer! Please. I don't have any of my IDs bc purse got stolen. In process of getting it all back. I have a balance of a whopping $4.99 on Paypal & I've been trying to access a report for a dollar but when I put pay with Paypal balance it refuses to pay $1 off my balance. Idk what to do it's aggravating as heck though!
