Eventbrite widget x Paypal checkout

Hey!

I'm having problems using Eventbrite widget when purchasing tickets - at the checkout process there isnt option to choose "create Paypal account" or not. There is statement "Create your Paypal account. Get Paypal Buyer Protection on eligible purchases" and buy purchasing ticket Paypal account creation is mandatory (isnt option to pay with credit card).

If tickets are purchased directly through Eventbrite (not widget), this problem does not exist.

Can someone advice how to resolve this?

Are you talking about a plugin for a WordPress site, or what exactly are you referring to when you mention a widget?

It sounds like whatever integration method was used for that widget was done in a way that isn't allowing the Guest Checkout options to be available. That would need to be fixed at the integration side for that widget.

I made a widget throught Eventbrite in order to sell tickets via our partner sites.

Here is where I did it:

Eventbrite > Invite & Promote > Website Integrations > Ticket Listing > Embed a list of tickets on your site, allowing your attendees to easily see what is available.

Can you provide a sample of the HTML code it gives you in that widget?

It might be trying to render your HTML.  If you go into the advanced editor (use the Reply button instead of Quick Reply) then you'll see an option like this in the toolbar:  </>

This will allow you to paste code into a box that will then embed it for review instead of rendering it.  Please give that a try.

FYI thanks everyone for checking in. I just disabled previous payment settings and again updated to previous ones. Maybe there was some technical glitch as everything is resolved. Also Paypal checked in and verified that they checked settings too.
