Everytime I keep trying to purchase something on Etsy, it is giving me the error "Oh dear. There was a problem submitting your order to PayPal. Please give it another shot. If you continue to have problems, please contact support." I am using my credit card, and my credit card is confirmed, my preferred way to pay, and I have enough on it. What is going on?
