I'm trying to purchase items from Etsy and I keep getting the message, "Oh dear. PayPal couldn't process your payment". I don't know what is the problem, I'm sure its not my card because I just bought stuff from different website and it worked. I made sure the adressess match and I confirmed my card and I still have this problem. I would appreciate your help, thanks!
