Estimated case resolution

Hello

I am having problems with an order and not delivered. I raised the case as not delivered end april. It should've been resold mid may but said " not delivered as described" so I changed it. I added prove screen shots und invoice as asked if I want to add something to the case. Long story short, now paypal has reset the estimated the resolution date even further away to the Jun 07. I am really upset and think the Company will get away with my money. I can only contact paypal through messenger. Is there any other way. I see them selling on facebook and believe they are doing it to other buyers and disspear soon. 

Anyone would be very much appreciated.
