When I try to send someone money or use my PayPal account the payments fail and there says there is an error with my account anyone know how to solve this ASAP ??
Difficult as you have given 0 information for us to work with including what funding sources you have linked / are they confirmed / back up funding sources / email addy verification / phone verification / limitations etc etc etc.
