Error while trying to send money.

Whenever i try to send money to someone i get this error message "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later."... it's an urgent payment, please help me. My PayPal account is all settled up, my bank card is up to date, the account is verified..

Have you confirmed the card after adding it?

Does the billing address of your card match your paypal account address?

Do you have funds available on the card?

Are you sending in the correct currency the seller accepts?
