Hi i need some information about an error that is coming up for me.
Everytime someone tries to send me money on my paypal its saying "Sorry this payment cant be completed due to regulations"
If anyone knows how to fix this plss help. Thank you.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
