I’m trying to send a transfer to a friend. Both of our PayPal accounts are verified with everything possible linked (emails, bank accounts, cards, personal I.D.s, etc). I’ve even converted my PayPal balance to the correct currency I’m trying to send. I’ve been trying to transfer this money for the past month now and I’m so f—-ing frustrated. I’ve called my bank and they said everything was fine on their end and it’s an issue with PayPal. I’ve found other posts from people with the same issue as me and literally no one has helped solve this. The error I’m getting is: “Sorry, we weren’t able to complete your payment at this time.”
