It's really hard to send a payment as goods/service, friends/family, invoices payment or even I tried to send payment to my own personal account was declined. Can someone guide me what is it? When I connect PayPal through message center only a one line comes in response that due to security reason we are protecting you from fraud etc. When it is my money how come paypal decide If I can use it or not?
