Trying to make an online purchase and when I check out instead of being taken to theh PayPal login page I get the following error message:
Payment error
An error occurred during the processing of your payment with PayPal.
Error message from PayPal: 10002 - Account is restricted
Therefore, you cannot pay for your order this way at this time. Please select another payment method in order to complete your order.

I have checked account and everything appears OK and I recently made other online payments without any problems.
Any clues as to what the issue might be. Have looked at the online Q&As but I don't really understand the answer as it appears very technical.
