Error message at American Eagle

Has anyone experienced the error message Please enter a first name with no more than 12 characters when processing a payment? My first name is not more than 12 characters and the field does not have more than 12 characters in it.

Yes! me too! i've let american eagle know but they haven't given me a solution.
