I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering an error message. I'm not familiar with that error. Is that error happening when you try to make a payment? Is it solely in one merchant's checkout? It might be an error from the merchant itself rather than from PayPal. If it's directing you to contact the support team for that merchant, that would be the likely explanation. If it's directing you to contact PayPal, you can reach out to customer service and see if they can troubleshoot and look into what's happening with the payment attempt.
