A donor is trying to donate to our nonprofit by using a credit card. She has used this same credit card for three other transactions today. Her charge is not going through however. She called her credit card company and they assured her that it wasn't on their end. She is getting the following error: Some of your information is incorrect. Please verify and try again.
I'm encountering the same issue and I'm getting very frustrated. Some are allowed to donate, but others are not with no common denominator as to who is allowed and who is not - Visa/MC , debit/credit, Apple/Windows. Tried it all and sometimes it works, other times it doesn't.
