Error Adding Paypal as Payment Method on Facebook

Good day PayPal,

I have problem on my Paypal account, i cant use paypal as my payment method on facebook. I already contacted facebook but they said its paypal who can only fix it. I really need to set paypal as payment method cos all my funds are in paypal.
