Hello. I want to buy something on a webshop. It cost me 29,95 Dollar. On my Paypal balance I have 35 dollar, so more then enough. But when I tried to buy with paypal, paypal wants me to add a credit card first.
I don't have a credit card, so that is a problem. But I have linked a bank account.
My queston is, why cant I pay with my paypal balance, but do I need to add a creditcard?
