Email address for paypal

Does anyone know what the email address for Paypal is?  The link on the site says its unavailable.

I am expecting a payment and cannot trace it. Need to discuss with someone at Paypal.

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, scroll down to click CALL US or EMAIL US.

Emailing is not your best option, if you say what country you are in there may be other options.
