My paypal account is in China while I wanna pay to an account in Egypt. I did that successfully about 10 days ago. But now after 3 days' attempt, it still failed! The page indicate that "we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later". Then I've called the service team in China, they said everything is ok in my account. The receiver has also contacted service team in Egypt to get the same reply-no problem at all. Neither of the customer service can figure out the cause of the failing payment.
Is there any policy in Egypt forbid the payment ? Or is anyone succeed in China-Egypt payment recently?? What should I do now?

Do you have a CN or a C2 PayPal account? C2 deals in USD and CN deals in RMB. Could it be some currency issue?
