Sent payment By accident as echeque on 29th of August, money left my bank account on the 9th of September and it’s still saying pending on my paypal and my seller still hasn’t received his money. Any idea when he will get his money? Spoken to PayPal in message chat but they’ve been no help Thank you

Normally payments from bank accounts are never instant as Paypal uses the cheapest transfer option of electronic transfer ie echeque.
So to prevent any delay in the dispatch of items Paypal credits the seller upfront and Paypal takes the wait for the bank transfer to clear.

But sometimes you have to wait for the payment to clear eg if its a friends/family payment OR you don't have a back up card added or its expired.

Funds may have left your bank account but they have to go via ACH in batches before Paypal receives them.
