Echecks???

My fiance is just trying to send me money for my phone bill due tonight. We have never had this Problem before... It's trying to send the payment as an Echeck as if she bought something but that's obviously not the case. Can someone help us out?

Reasons for a payment being sent as an echeque are...

1. Card needs updating.
2. Recent neg balance.
3. Recent failed bank transfer.
4. High cost payment.
5. High risk transaction.
6. Some friends / family payments.
