Seller refunded me with an Echeck, PayPal emailed me saying it cleared yesterday and that the funds were in my PayPal account but when I login there’s nothing in my account !!!!???

All that means is that the echeque has cleared from the buyers account.

Once completed its sent back to your funding source.

So if you used a bank account or card to fund the original payment then it will go back there.

Paypal say allow 30 days (for a card refund) but I have never waited longer than a week and a bit less for a bank refund.

Thank you, 30 days seem a bit much but hopefully it will be in there soon
