Echeck on hold-still on hold past estimated completion date

Hi! I was sent an echeck last week with an estimated completion/release date of March 7. The check is still on hold and PayPal won’t respond to my email. This is an echeck for payment of services and there are no issues with the individual who sent it; as they sent another payment a couple of weeks ago without issue. Does anyone know why this check would still be on hold past the completed estimated date? Thank you!

I'm in the same boat only I saw PayPal take the funds out of my account on Friday. So I'm not sure where there hold up is as this point as they obviously got their money.

They took funds from my account on 1/13 and still hasn't cleared by 1/19
