I  haven't been on paypal in a while but i sold something on ebay and i got the email notification that it went to the paypal but it wasnt there. My account had limitations and i sent the appropriate documents to lift the limitations but the payment still isnt there? Did the money go back to the seller or?

Either the buyer did not pay or is a scammer. Even if your account had limitations on it, the account should still be able to receive money but just can't send or transfer money. So if there is no payment reflected in your account, you weren't paid and check the sender email address of the payment notification to see if it is an authentic PayPal notification.

Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down under ''postage'' and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?
