Ebay shipping

I can't seem to purchase and print a shipping label on ebay. It tells me to contact paypal. Anyone else have this problem ? I am confused because I have the money in my paypal account

Make sure your PayPal balance is designated as a PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus balance account. as per:

Policy updates and user agreement changes to Personal PayPal accounts

Unlink your PayPal account from eBay account settings.

Then make sure eBay billing agreement is also canceled in your PayPal account by going to:

Account Settings (gear icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments

Select eBay on left, click Cancel on the right.

Then go purchase eBay shipping label as usual and tick the "set up billing agreement with PayPal, etc" box under the blue Print and Ship button and complete the payment process, selecting your preferred funding source at PayPal.

Next time you list a sale item, be alert to double check that your paypal email address is filled in correctly on the listing form as a precaution.
