refunded a buyer as she hadn't received her item. I have now received an email from Ebay to say they are going to refund the buyer through my Ebay payment method. That will mean the buyer has been refunded twice. Both refunds are through PayPal. Please help. Thanks Kirsty

Hi @Kirsty_mclachla,
I'm sorry to hear about this situation. You can contact eBay to let them know that the buyer has already been refunded. They would be able to stop the refund from processing. I hope this helps.
Thanks!
