I ordered a item from a seller that they never sent out and promised to give me a refund which requested PayPal sent me a notice that the seller sent me a refund . Then I got an email from PayPal saying that the seller sent an echeck which was declined by the sellers bank and would resend it in three days for payment . The seller then canceled the transaction
