I have an ebay account for many years.I have always paid via paypal.Now for two days I can not pay on ebay with paypal. Ebay wants me to log on to paypal.I log in. But the payment can not be made. Ebay writes: We ran into a problem and PayPal isn't available right now. Please select a different payment option.
And the paypal payment option disappears - can not be chosen.
