Ebay message "this payment option not available.

My Account is up to date and I have plenty of funds to purchase. 

The shipping address is UK which is where the shop is also located.

I am located in Greece. 

I also purchased an item in the US, which will be sent to a US. address,  this purchase went through with no problem.

I'm sorry to hear that your purchase is not successful through PayPal. If eBay is giving you a message stating that PayPal is not available as a payment method, please try logging in to your PayPal account to see if there are any issues with your PayPal account. If there is any messaging requiring steps to resolve any issues in the Resolution Center, those would have to be resolved before further transactions could occur.
