I keep getting charged $1,200 from a seller on ebay... I didn't purchase this item or even know what it is.. The seller refunded the first time, then I took most of the money out of my paypal account, and it happened again. This time I got an overdraft charge from my bank... UGH... I don't want to close my paypal account because I run a business thru it. Any ideas? Can I block payments to this seller somehow? I don't even think it's their fault, someone has (I think) hacked my ebay account and is trying to make purchases. Thanks!
