Over the past day or two I've been buying several items on Ebay using my fully verified paypal account that i've had for 10+ years.
Everything was working as normal and I payed for several item but now no payments are working. I am getting a message saying "Continue to PayPal to complete checkout or choose a different payment option." or "Please check your payment details or use a different payment option." depending if I try to pay with my paypal account or Visa card.
What is happening, why can I no longer make checkout payments?.
