When an ebay buyer send money via paypal how long does it take?

To show in your Paypal balance its pretty much instant but allow up to 2 hours.
If you are a new seller then it may show as pending in that balance.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
