Ebay buyer cannot complete transaction with my Paypal account

Hi There.

I'm selling something for the first time on eBAY as I'll be in the UK for a week next week on business. I've also bought quite a few items recently delivered to my work address in UK.

The transaction for the item I'm selling at the moment however cannot be completed as the Buyer says my account cannot receive a payment. He has indicated that he's contacted Paypal and they've advised him that the issue is on my side and i need to call Paypal to have it sorted out.

I've tried calling them but i can't seem to get through hence me resorting to this now.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
