I am from India, I have set up a Bank Account and a Debit card in my account.
My account is linked with Ebay account and enabled "use for checkout".
But i am not able to choose the Paypal method, it just says "We ran into a problem and PayPal isn't available right now. Please select a different payment option."
I really need the product i was seeing, please help me out.
