I bought an item on eBay and I payed with my credit card. The transaction got refunded but instead of having the money go to my card, ebay created a guest PayPal account and sent the money there. I tried signing into the guest account but it didn't work. I called Paypal support to get the money on the guest account transferred to my actual Paypal account or my credit card. I called five times and all five times they said the money would be on my card within 2 to 5 days. After the sixth time calling, I got transferred to a more specific operator that said the money would go through for sure now but all he did was send provisional credit to my account. Any help would be appreciated.
