Ebay Declining payment via Paypal

Two days now!

In the last week I have made several email purchases and paid with my debit card via Paypal, all good. Then I tried to buy a laptop and it was refused.

Spoken to Nationwide and Visa and they say the card is 100% good. I have used it on Amazon today and at Sainburys, all fine.

I have spoken to Ebay support twice and they just say all they can do is refer it to technical.

I now have two sellers hassling me, quite rightly for payment. What can I do??

I have tried 3 different cards, all get rejected.

Speak to Ebay if its an Ebay problem.

If it was a Paypal problem then you would not be able to pay using Paypal on other sites.
