ERROR MESSAGE when customers attempt to complete a credit card transaction

Customers are getting this ERROR MESSAGE when customers attempt to complete a credit card transactions.
"One or more required fields were not completed or completed incorrectly. Please update and try again."
All the required fields have been completed and correctly completed. Even when I tried to complete an order I received the same message. I did this several times and received the same message.
The website is on a GO DADDY platform. I have already spoken for hours with GO DADDY and the issues has not been resolved.
