EMAIL MESSAGE OF PAYMENT RECEIVED BUT THE TRANSACTION NOT IN MY ACCOUNT. THE CUSTOMER SENT THE MONEY (WAS DEBITED FROM HIS BANK ACCOUNT) EMAIL RECEIVED WITH TRANSACTION INF, BUT THE TRANSACTION IS NOT IN MY ACCOUNT ,IN THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT EITHER .

HELP PLEASE

Welcome to the Community! 

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your payment yet. If you received an email, but the payment isn't showing in your PayPal account, you'll want to double-check that your email address is confirmed. If your email address isn't confirmed, the payment will not link properly to your account. If your email address was already confirmed, then you'll want to make sure the email was from PayPal. If you determine that the email was fake, I recommend resetting your password and security questions if you clicked on any links within the email.
