E tickets

I am buying 2 e tickets off a lad and he said he will email me them as soon as i pay through PayPal, am I covered if I don’t receive the tickets and I scams me out of my money. I have messages saying he will send and his email address and a confirmation picture of the tickets on tickegmaster app

You may want to ask the seller to send you an email invoice that includes a description of the tickets and the price.  Then you would have the proper documentation for Buyer Protection should you have to open a dispute requesting a refund.
