My husband recently paid for something via echeque. The money has gone out of his bank account but the other person hasn’t received it- where has it gone? How do we sort this out?

As its an echeque then there should be a clearance date on yours and the receivers paypal accounts.

What date do you have?

Thank you for your quick response. E check should have cleared 10th April. It just saying that’s it’s pending?

Does it say pending / unclaimed at all and if so is there a cancel option?
