Hello , When I purchase from e bay, at checkout I always use Paypal (because there are no other options for my region on e bay), but last time when i wanted to order an item it said to contact Paypal or choose other payment option(which as i said isnt available for my region). i try to chat with papyal but there is no answer on the webpage and on facebook page as well... any suggestions?
