I have been asked by a buyer to cancel an e-cheque, the buyer has contacted paypal who advised them me being the seller has to cancel, but I have no idea how to do this.
Locate the payment transaction in the Activity page, there should be a cancel button in the entry or in the transaction details when you click on the transaction itself. If there is no way to cancel on your end, the buyer do it on their end through the transaction details or notify their bank to cancel it.
